If the wheel is really fighting you through a series of turns, you probably need to let off the gas or you’ll risk losing control. This all amplifies the immersion in a game, but it also gives you more information about how much control you have over your automobile. The G920 can also simulate the idling of a massive big-rig truck, the feeling of driving over dirt at high speeds, and the skidding of your wheels across a wet road. So if you take a turn, the wheel has the power to pull back against you to let you know that the wheels under your car are tugging away at the tarmac with ferocity. It features a motor that translates your vehicle’s movements into force-feedback motions that fight against your hands. I have had to adjust the pedals, but that was an infrequent occurrence, and it was only to keep the unit angled properly.
The spikes stick out at an angle, and even when I’m slamming on the break for a sudden stop at a red light, the pedals don’t drift away from my feet. Instead, Logitech added a strip of spikes that can retract (if you’re using the pedal unit on hardwood) or extend to dig into carpet. Likewise, the pedals also stay in place, but this doesn’t involve clamps.
I have never had to readjust the wheel or even the optional stick shifter. Those tighten enough that the wheel stays in place even when you whip it around a corner with a ton of force. Logitech designed the G920 so that you could anchor it to variety of desks using a pair of built-in clamps. They might not be this affordable again for a long time, so now is a great time to get one.If you’ve never used a racing wheel with your games before, you might think it’s more of a headache than a fun time. Ultimately, these are simply some incredible discounts on incredible racing wheels. Because of that, you should only go with the G920 if you're playing on Xbox. Normally, it's more expensive than the G920 because of this, but for Prime Day both wheels are the same price. The G29 also comes with RPM lights to help with gear shifts, along with some extra plus/minus buttons and a control knob you can use to tweak your vehicle from the driver's seat. Note that wheel sensitivity, force feedback levels, and button mapping can be customized on both wheels in Logitech's G HUB software. Some other features you get include dual-motor force feedback, authentic 900 degree lock-to-lock rotation, and onboard buttons for easy menu navigation.

For starters, both the G920 and G29 are incredibly well-built and designed with premium leather, steel, and other materials, and both also come with sturdy, pressure-sensitive pedals for acceleration and braking. Even though both of these racing wheels were introduced to the market many years ago, they've proven to be so good that Logitech hasn't had a reason to fix what's not broken.
